A private art advisor on the Upper East Side is seeking applicants for a part-time internship running from the beginning of September to December 2026.The ideal candidate will be able to commit to a minimum of 3-4 days per week with flexible part-time hours during the office hours of Monday-Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm. The internship will take place in-person and interns can build their weekly schedule to accommodate classes & commitments. Candidates should be motivated, organized, love to learn, have a can-do attitude, be a team player, and be curious about art.The intern will provide daily administrative support to staff and assist with longer-term projects. The intern’s responsibilities will include compiling daily press packets relating to the current art market, updating monthly gallery and museum exhibition guides, maintenance of an extensive office art library, auction tracking, and art market research/reports. The fall intern will have the opportunity to attend the November New York Auctions with the team.This internship offers hands-on experience in the art world, provides a deep understanding of the role of an art advisor, as well as an opportunity to obtain and develop professional experience.
