Groove With Me is seeking an Operations Manager who thrives on building structure behind meaningful work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to strengthen systems, support a growing team, and play a key part in delivering free, high-quality dance education to girls in East Harlem.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and motivated by mission-driven work. You’ll be the person who keeps things running—across systems, compliance, vendors, and internal operations—so that our programs can thrive.What You’ll DoYou’ll oversee the day-to-day operations that keep the organization strong and sustainable, including:Managing Human Resources processes, onboarding, and staff supportOverseeing technology systems and organizational infrastructureCoordinating legal, insurance, and compliance requirementsManaging relationships with key vendors, including IT, landlords, and service providersMaintaining and optimizing the donor databaseSupporting organizational planning and cross-team coordinationWho You AreHighly organized with strong attention to detailA problem-solver who can anticipate needs and create systemsComfortable managing multiple priorities and following throughStrong communicator who can work across teams and with external partnersExperience in operations, administration, or nonprofit management preferredWhy This Role MattersAt Groove With Me, operations are mission-critical.
