This three-in-one role spans business affairs, creative studio operations, and personal life — requiring someone who can shift gears seamlessly and anticipate needs before they arise. Business AssistantManage all calendars across personal, professional, and creative commitmentsCoordinate meetings, calls, reservations, errands, and personal tasksRun and manage frequent errands for personal, business and family as needed.Handle correspondence — emails, calls, and messages — with discretion and good judgmentLiaise with all businesses entrepreneur is involved withTrack deadlines, contracts, invoices, and follow-ups across multiple business streamsManage expenses, receipts, and reimbursements Source and research vendors, service providers and contractorsCoordinate the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of gifts and other personal itemsCoordinate travel: flights, hotels, ground transport, itineraries, and contingency plansII. Studio ManagerOversee day-to-day operations of art studio — supplies, equipment, and general upkeepSource and procure materials, framing, shipping, and art handling as neededCoordinate with vendors, manufacturers and fabricatorsManage installation logistics, exhibition deadlines, and artwork inventoryMaintain organized digital and physical archives of works (images, editions, provenance)Support production timelines and ensure the studio environment enables creative focusAbility to help with Social Media and Website Management /Transactions a plus III. Personal AssistantSupport the daily logistics of a household with two children (school schedules, activities, appointments)Run errands, manage returns, gifts, repairs, and vendor appointments. Manage and order household supplies and services.Help plan and book family travelOrganize and execute family celebrations and event as neededManage household vendors — repairs, deliveries, cleaning, and maintenanceThe Ideal Candidate3–5+ years in an executive, personal, or creative assistant roleExperience working with artists, creative agencies, productions or entrepreneurial environments is a strong plus.Discreet, trustworthy, and professional with sensitive personal and business information.Good at keeping projects on track and on deadline. Exceptionally organized, calm under pressure, and resourceful, with strong calendar, email, and task-management skills.Ability to manage vendors, appointments, and logistics independently.Comfortable with ambiguity — able to prioritize when everything feels like a priorityTech-savvy: Google Workspace, project management tools. Social media and website management savviness is a plus.Valid driver\'s license preferredScheduleThis is a PT role initially, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on the needs of the business and candidate performance. 6 month contract with goal to renew if good fit for both parties. Some flexibility required for evenings and weekends.
