KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative Support for the Office of Academic Advising• Provide reception support in 212 F during selected high-traffic hours; answerbasic questions and direct students to appropriate resources; greet guests tooffice, manage messages, and make copies.• Assist with processing add/drop requests.• Assist with pre-registration and general registration support.• Answer student questions related to policies, independent studies, extra creditprocesses, and eligibility.• Compose and send standard academic correspondence, notices, and letters inresponse to faculty and staff reports.• Provide additional Academic Standards Committee support as needed.• Provide administrative support for off-campus and exchange programs.• Other academic advising administrative tasks, as assigned.Administrative Support for Special Projects• Support the planning and implementation of exhibitions, archival researchprojects, and public events, in coordination with Associate Dean, internaldepartments, and external institutions.• Provide administrative support for other special project and administrative tasks,as assigned.
