Executive and Agency Support:Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Executive, across a range of agency-related initiatives and responsibilities.Manage complex scheduling, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other executive administrative functions.Oversee personal calendar matters, including appointments, reservations, and coordination of a dynamic and frequently changing schedule.Coordinate the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of gifts and other personal itemsHandle personal and professional errands as needed, including meal coordination, pickups and deliveries, and day-to-day logistical support.Work closely with agency staff to ensure seamless coordination between executive, personal, and agency priorities.Position Details:Compensation: $25-35 per hourThe position is fully in office, without the option for remote workYou must be authorized to work in the United StatesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in art history or a closely related field2 years prior work experience minimum Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)Basic image editing skills (Photoshop)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities independentlyPrior experience in an art gallery, arts administration, or art historical research is a plus
