Studio Platon is a full-service creative studio led by world-renowned portrait photographer Platon. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Digital Design and Content Manager to oversee projects ranging from commercial and editorial work to human rights-focused initiatives.The RoleThe ideal candidate is a highly organized creative professional passionate about photography, design, and global politics. You will balance technical data management with high-level creative production in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesArchive & Data Management: Maintain Platon’s extensive archive and ensure all project files are meticulously organized.Design & Post-Production: Collaborate on project designs (exhibitions, book layouts, posters) and provide expert retouching support.Digital Content & Social Media: Manage all social channels with a heavy focus on YouTube, including facilitating YouTube Live sessions.Website Management: Update web elements and monitor sales/product pages.Technical Support: Serve as the point person for MacOS, NAS Servers, iOS, and email administration.On-Set Production: Assist during photo shoots by sourcing equipment, rigging lighting/grip, and operating key lights.Fine Art Printing: Maintain large-format Epson printers and oversee exhibition printing.Additional Learning OpportunitiesFilm scanningImage syndication and licensingRequirementsSoftware: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, InDesign, Premiere). Knowledge of Capture One and FileMaker Pro is a plus.Technical: Knowledge of Hasselblad camera systems and Profoto lighting packages. Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to work independently.Attributes: Extremely organized, able to multitask, and comfortable in a high-speed studio setting.
