- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to facilitate business development
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts effectively to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns that enhance brand awareness and lead generation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in technology or software solutions, with a focus on outbound calling and business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Demonstrated success in inside sales roles involving telemarketing, warm calling, and outbound prospecting
