We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across various markets. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
- Drive outside sales efforts, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and prospects through exceptional customer service and account management
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business development goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills in negotiation, technical sales, and customer engagement
- Manage complex negotiations with clients to close high-value deals effectively
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products’ technical aspects to support consultative selling approaches
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology or technical sales environments
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales team and leading business development initiatives
- Strong background in account management, customer service, and negotiation strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and analysis skills
- Experience in marketing collaboration for lead generation and brand positioning is preferred
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a results-driven culture
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt strategies based on market insights
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
