The Print Center is looking to engage an in-person and part-time, temporary curatorial assistant primarily, but not exclusively to support the upcoming exhibition, America Today, funded by the Pew Center for Arts & Heritage. The group exhibition will bring together contemporary artworks from mission-based printshops across the United States to examine the state of American civic life on its 250th anniversary. The Curatorial Assistant directly supports the Jensen Bryan Curator in preparing and mounting the exhibition, related events and a publication. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assistance with exhibition planning and implementationContent researchPartner interactions including correspondenceTravel and accommodation plansSpecial event planningDrafting exhibition and publication materialsImage managementMonitoring and responding to inquiriesAssist with PR/Marketing needs Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferredExcellent writing and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of contemporary art, interest in printmaking preferredKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detailCompensation: $25/hour, 14-21 hours/week Duration: February – June, 2026Send cover letter and resume to search@printcenter.orgThe Print Center is a nonprofit organization located in Philadelphia’s historic Rittenhouse Square neighborhood.
