Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Manager to join our team in Canada. Based in , this role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing processes and maintaining excellent resident relations. The Leasing Manager will play a key part in supporting our mission to deliver affordable housing options.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the leasing process for multifamily units, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage tenant applications, conduct property tours, and facilitate lease signings.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software such as Yardi.
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure property standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and resolve tenant concerns efficiently.
- Prepare reports on leasing activities and occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property leasing or management, preferably with Yardi software proficiency.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management is advantageous.
