Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Portfolio Manager to oversee our housing portfolios in various locations. This role is vital for ensuring the financial health and operational excellence of our properties, aligning with our mission to support affordable housing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of multiple residential property portfolios, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial performance and develop strategies to optimize investment returns.
- Conduct research on market trends and property performance to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage risk assessments related to property investments and operations.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders on portfolio performance.
- Support acquisition and disposition activities for properties within the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in portfolio or asset management within real estate or property management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Excellent research capabilities and understanding of investment strategies.
- Background in financial services or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills to support data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
