Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

Previous experience of a minimum of three years as a Restaurant General Manager

Knowledge of cost and labor systems

Passion for food and cooking techniques

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Extensive Wine Knowledge a must.
