As a Sales & Inventory Associate, you will support both customer-facing sales and behind-the-scenes inventory operations in a licensed cannabis dispensary. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping things organized and accurate. You will help create a welcoming, informative experience for customers while ensuring daily store operations run smoothly.
Customer Experience & Sales
- Greet customers warmly and provide a professional, judgment-free shopping experience
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate cannabis products
- Explain product types, effects, and consumption methods in clear, accessible terms
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, and vendor highlights
Inventory & Store Operations
- Receive and verify incoming product deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine counts and checks
- Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and organized
- Restock the sales floor and support visual merchandising standards
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly store environment
Compliance & Team Collaboration
- Follow all state cannabis regulations and internal store procedures
- Verify customer age and ensure compliant sales at all times
- Document and report inventory issues or discrepancies to management
- Work closely with teammates to support smooth daily operations
- Assist with training and reinforcing inventory and compliance processes as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, inventory, or operations
- Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to comply with all cannabis industry regulations

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
