PRIMARY FUNCTIONThis position will be responsible for administration duties across all New York Marketing team activities. Acting as the main liaison for internal team members, the role will focus on facilitating, processing, and troubleshooting all campaign assignments, and other Marketing work product, in a timely manner. This role requires maintaining the highest standard of service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Source and manage marketing assets and campaign details in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with our Content and Creative teams by submitting requests, organizing, and reviewing assets, and coordinating with various colleagues to ensure marketing items are accurate, approved, and delivered within communicated deadlines.Download and organize images from our Digital Asset Management system.Be accountable and oversee all requests, issues, assets, and queries, as assigned by manager.Liaise with marketing colleagues to ensure accurate execution of projects.Facilitate the campaign process by proactively multi-tasking and coordinating with the marketing team and key specialist contacts.Maintain campaign timelines, software system inputs, and pre- and post-campaign reports.Provide support to other Marketing department team members where necessary. EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE 1-2 years or experience performing similar duties, Administrative or Marketing field, preferred. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESAbility to communicate in a professional manner with a wide variety of people including written and verbal communication.Ability to operate with grace under pressure while delivering a high standard of work on tight deadlines.Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with all other areas within the business.Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly.Proactive with excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to deal effectively and efficiently with multiple tasks.Meticulous attention to detail. WORKING CONDITIONSWeekends, early mornings, and evenings required where necessary.Work is primarily undertaken in our 432 Park Avenue office. ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThe hourly pay range for the role is $22.00-$28.00 per hour.
