Position Overview:
The Retail Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through innovative retail solutions. This role supports projects for our customers in a variety of retail, grocery, and warehouse environments. Essential Responsibilities:

Engage with Customers: Actively engage with customers to introduce and demonstrate the interactive AI shopping cart.

Tutorials and Training: Conduct quick and effective tutorials to educate customers on how to use the shopping cart, highlighting its features and benefits.

Support and Troubleshooting: Provide on-the-spot assistance to customers experiencing difficulties, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to the development team.

Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to encourage customers to try and continue using the shopping cart.

Collaboration: Work closely with store management and the AI team to ensure the shopping cart meets customer needs and expectations.

Provide Exceptional Service: Answer questions, assist customers throughout their shopping experience, and ensure every customer leaves happy
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
-
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related field. Experience with AI or interactive technologies is a plus.

Access to reliable transportation

Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using and explaining new technology. Basic understanding of AI technology and user interfaces. Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for AI and interactive technologies, and a desire to help customers embrace new innovations.

Proven ability to work in solo and team environments is required, where team-orientated, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals are preferred

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking, and to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to travel via car
