Job Opening: Retail Associate, Prepared Foods
Who We’re Looking for:
TACP is looking for a mature, motivated individual who is enthusiastic about delicious food and hospitality. Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient and informed customer service.
Taste and have a good understanding of all the TACP products housemade and locally sourced.
Help to maintain a safe working environment in accordance with sanitation and hygiene regulations. Keep the prepared foods counter clean and organized
Operate the POS system, weighing scales and cash register with accuracy and efficiency
Follow all opening and end-of-day systems and procedures.
Assist with packaging products & correct rotation of inventory.
Assist with maintaining accurate temperature records.
Qualifications:
Great verbal skills, comfortable with the public
Friendly, collaborative and kind.
Experience with customer service and food service preferred, but willing to train a good candidate.
Must be able to stand for work shifts of 8 + hours
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays and other prime times of the business.
Compensation:
Full time: Wednesday - Sunday - opening and closing shifts available
$17-18/ hour depending on experience plus share of employee bonus fund
