Front End Staff/Cashier

Schedule: Hours vary - 30-40 hours per week*
OPEN 7 days per week 8:00-6:00 Hours/Shifts vary

Responsibilities:
- operate POS system
- Take phone orders accurately
- provide exceptional customer service and assist as needed
- Price product accurately
- clean, sort and stock fresh picked produce
- keep displays neat, stocked and attractively displayed
- sort and clean produce
- keep store area, bathroom area clean and swept
Requirements:
- highly motivated, customer service oriented
- enthusiastic, polite and friendly
- flexible schedule and must work one weekend day
- be self-directed, organized and reliable
- able to communicate effectively, follow directions/checklists
- have working knowledge of produce, food items and/or willingness to learn
- able to lift up to 50lbs
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- must be a team player

- Daily 9:30am-6:00pm / 7:30am-4:00pm

Summary
In the role of Cashier/Stock, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently managing cash transactions and stocking products. Reporting to the Store Manager, your core skills in cash handling, retail sales, and communication will ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers. Your premium skills in POS systems and merchandising will enhance product visibility and sales. Additionally, your relevant experience in farm market/grocery stores will contribute to maintaining inventory and supporting overall store operations.
