TFC, a family-owned and operated real estate company, is now accepting applications for the position of Content Developer.Known for its architectural excellence and sensitivity to neighborhoods, TFC has become one of New York City’s premier real estate developers with a portfolio including 21 Luxury Residential Buildings in Manhattan, Long Island City, and Brooklyn.About the position:We are seeking a skilled and creative Residential Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team at a leading real estate development and management company.Writing and Copywriting: Assist in the development of high-quality content for email blasts, social media, websites, and other internal/external marketing materials.Advertising Material: Assist in preparing print and digital advertising materials to effectively promote our projects and services as needed.Rental Listings Review: Write and review rental listings weekly to ensure the tone and messaging are on point and align with our brand guidelines.Email Database Maintenance: Assist with maintaining and updating the email database, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.Social Media & Listings: Review and monitor social media and review site comments, reporting on findings and responding as advised.Content Creation: Capture and create content for social media accounts, with a particular emphasis on video content. Voice-over experience is a plus.Brand Guidelines: Adhere to brand and voice guidelines while developing content to maintain consistency and reinforce our brand identity.Targeted Audience: Tailor content to resonate with our target audiences.Real Estate Knowledge: While not mandatory, having experience or interest in the real estate industry is a plus.Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with our marketing team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals.Stay up to date on neighborhoods, events, and happenings.
