For more than 43 seasons, MidAmerica Productions has produced over 1,500 concerts worldwide, including 700+ performances at Carnegie Hall.MidAmerica Productions is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Program Development Associate & Assistant in Concert Production to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in arts administration and concert development and production while helping bring world-class musical experiences to life.Primary Tasks include:Provide administrative support to the Program Development team in the development, sales, and production of MidAmerica Productions and MidAm International concert programs.Operate and help keep up-to-date MAP’s Salesforce database of clientele as well as research and input new clientele into the same database.Initialize communication, track client interactions, and assist with follow-up throughout the sales and development process.Schedule calls and meetings between members of the Development and Production team and MAP clientele.Assist with on-site concert production responsibilities as assigned by MAP’s production management and administration team.Perform additional administrative and project-related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, Arts Administration, or a related field required.Background in choral music strongly preferred.Master\'s degree preferred.Three years relevant work experience.Client-facing work experience preferred. Proficiency in all Google Workspace applications.Proficiency with Salesforce, Constant Contact, Mergo, Wix and Canva preferred.Appointment Details:This is a full-time primarily remote position.Starting salary $50,000 to $60,000 (based on experience and work background).
