Overview
Join our production of HAIR The American Tribal Love Rock Musical as a Production Stage Manager. We are opening in September 2026 in Woodstock NY. Rehearsals start in July and we begin slowly with only 3-days a week till mid-August when we amp up to 4 and then ten days of tech, which is notoriously wild. Your assistance will be needed to organize the rehearsal schedule, help locate cast housing, set-up car pools, and the party bus that brings audience to the theater. As well as the standard duties involved, blocking notes, being on book for lines and overseeing ample light and sound cues. Also providing solutions and ideas to problems as they arise. Thinking out of the box is an asset. You will be called upon to provide a calm and positive addition to the overall energy. There are 19 talented performers in The Tribe, 7 heading up from NYC. The others are local. Plus musicians!
The next show up is Alice in Wonderland and there will be better pay and even more opportunity to grow as we evolve. We are open to creative individuals who have a strong sense of structure. Or business minded folk who can also enter the artistic realm.
