Job Summary
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with customers, handle cash transactions, and maintain the sales floor to ensure it is well-stocked and visually appealing. Desired schedule that we are looking to fill is Monday, Wednesday & Saturday 8am to 6pm. Please only apply if you can fit this shift.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide product knowledge to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Process cash transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Replenish Coffee as needed.
- Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- In the downtime, package some baked goods.
- Handle stock replenishment and inventory management to keep shelves well-stocked.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Clean and stock before closing.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills focused on creating a positive shopping experience.
- Experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and related equipment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers and staff.
- Knowledge of stock management practices and product displays.
