We are looking to expand our growing sales department dealership dedicated to providing top-quality vehicles and exceptional service while focusing on the customer experience as the number one priority. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team and help customers find their perfect vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
- Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the dealership’s inventory
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales (automotive sales experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
