This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for contemporary art, photography, content creation, and digital storytelling who enjoys working in a fast-paced gallery environment.ResponsibilitiesCapture high-resolution images and video content for marketing, press, website, and social media useCreate and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedInHelp manage social media scheduling, posting, engagement, and growth strategiesAssist with daily gallery operations and exhibition upkeepProfessionally photograph artworks, installations, exhibitions, and opening eventsUpdate artworks and inventory through ShopifySupport exhibition openings, artist talks, and gallery eventsAssist with administrative tasks, client interactions, and maintaining gallery presentationQualificationsStrong photography skills are essentialPreferred candidates will own a professional camera capable of producing high-resolution images suitable for press, website, and archival useExperience with videography and short-form social media content creationFamiliarity with Shopify and social media platformsStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn trends and content strategiesOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactiveStrong communication skills and professional demeanorKnowledge of contemporary art and art history preferredExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing programs is a plusKnowledge of AI is a plusPosition DetailsPart-time: 4 days per week, in-personHourly Rate: $20–25/hour depending on experienceLocation: West HollywoodTo apply, please send your resume, portfolio, photography samples, and social media examples to info@mashgallery.com.
