We’ve also partnered with alumni and student groups from Yale, Harvard, Howard, Columbia, and NYU. On weekends, our studios offer recreational art classes open to the public.About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized and proactive team member to join the management team at ArtsClub. You\'ll work closely with our management team, freelance staff, and clients to ensure each event is thoughtfully executed and aligned with our mission.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & ExecutionDevelop detailed run-of-show documents for each eventMaintain internal calendars and distribute logistics to instructors and clientsSchedule freelance instructors and coordinate catering Manage COIs and other documentation as neededServe as an on-site event lead, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality guest experienceWhen needed, lead art history or studio art instructionCollaborate with studio management teams in NYC and DC to manage inventory and prepare materialsClient Outreach & Sales Support Conduct outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, and in-person visitsPrepare proposals, contracts, and invoicesParticipate in client meetings and manage follow-up communicationSupport the sales pipeline from initial outreach through bookingCollect feedback and testimonialsMaintain relationships with repeat clients and track opportunities for rebookingAdministrationFreelancer Coordination: Answer questions and process weekly payrollGeneral Operations: Manage studio deliveries, paperwork, and other administrative needs as they ariseSchedule & LocationFull-time (~40 hours/week), Monday–FridayIn person at our East Village studio (311 East 3rd Street); Remote on MondaysEvening availability required for event coverageQualificationsWe’re a small, hands-on team where everyone contributes across functions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, figuring things out independently, and jumping in wherever needed.
