Media & Design AssociatePace Prints is looking for an experienced Media and Design Associate to own day-to-day visual media and graphic design needs across photography, social media, email, web, sales, and in-gallery signage. This role will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Communications to help bring Pace Prints’ artist projects and gallery programming to life in a cohesive and compelling way. This is a hands-on, creative position responsible for producing marketing materials in collaboration with colleagues across several internal departments, and for ensuring consistency and quality across all visual communication channels. Photography:· Photograph and document incoming artwork inventory · Edit and process images for internal and external use· Manage inventory folders and maintain a system for archiving assets· Photograph candid studio imagery and documentation of artist projects over time Social Media:· Capture candid in-studio video content and create compelling social-first concepts· Stay up to date on social media design trends in the art industry and beyond to keep Pace Prints’ channels current.· Design text and motion-based content that is engaging and platform-specific for Instagram and other social media channels· Create templated design systems to be used across channels Email Marketing:· Optimize email template design and create new templates as needed· Ensure all email creative is on-brand, visually compelling, optimized for performance Web:· Organize web assets (including installation photography, artwork images) and upload content to CMS platform· Experience with Drupal, web development, and HTML is a plus Sales Team Support:· Create materials based on sales team needs, including sales documents, artwork mock-ups, and scale images· Manage ad-hoc office media (business cards, letterheads) needs In-Gallery Signage:· Design and layout in-gallery vinyl and signage · Print and install in-gallery vinyl Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or related field· 3-5 years of experience with project management· Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals, layout, typography, and brand systems· Familiarity with AI tools and website development· Strong creative production skills, including the ability to shoot, edit, and optimize content for each platform· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage the updating of archives and inventories· Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn, iterate, and growScheduleMonday to Friday 9:30am – 5:30pmIn-person working from the 18th Street location
