Specialty Infusion Manager (Sales) – Home Infusion

Up to $120,000 + uncapped Commission + mileage allowance
We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization that specializes in infusion services and continues to expand its Chronic and IVIG therapy programs. Our client is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive patient referrals, grow market share, and build strong relationships with providers across a defined territory.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on developing referral partnerships with clinics, physicians, and payors while working closely with internal teams including pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure a smooth referral and treatment process.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and payors to support referrals for chronic infusion therapies, including IVIG
- Manage and grow an assigned territory, working toward revenue goals and increased market presence
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop additional referral channels within the local healthcare community
- Work closely with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Provide educational presentations to clinical partners and represent the organization at professional meetings and industry events
- Monitor territory activity and performance, adjusting outreach strategies to support overall business objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach efforts, CRM activity, and expense reporting
- Stay informed on relevant therapies, disease states, and payer processes affecting infusion services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related discipline preferred, or comparable professional experience
- Prior experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or a related healthcare environment is beneficial
- Background in healthcare sales, provider engagement, or business development strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and territory management abilities
- Understanding of reimbursement and payer processes is advantageous
- Comfortable using standard business tools such as Microsoft Office
