A full-time, tenure-line instructional faculty member is responsible for maintaining and ensuring continued development of the college’s curriculum; for teaching and advising students; for contributing to the college; and for ensuring their own continued professional growth and development.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Services or Social Work
OR a master’s degree in related field
plus a bachelor’s degree in human services or social work. Professional experience in human services, social services, community health, or public health.
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Teaching experience in a higher education setting
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Please note that rank will vary depending upon experience and credentials:
- If hired at the instructor level: $46,584 - $54,456/year (Salary represents a 9-month contract)
- If hired at the assistant professor level: $51,191 - $57,801/year (Salary represents a 9-month contract)
- If hired at the associate professor level: $56,254 - $61,352/year (Salary represents a 9-month contract)
- If hired at the professor level: $61,817 - $65,120/year (Salary represents a 9-month contract)
