Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone to start the sales process

Learn the full Nissan product line and become a trusted automotive expert

Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives highlighting features and benefits

Present pricing, financing, and leasing options clearly and professionally

Follow a proven sales process to guide customers from first contact to final delivery

Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

Manage leads using our CRM system to maximize follow-up and appointment setting

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a premium buying experience

Prospect for new leads and opportunities through online platforms and community outreach
Qualifications/Requirements:
Automotive sales experience preferred-
Sales experience in any industry required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

High-energy, outgoing “people person” with a drive to succeed

Excellent communication and customer service skills both in person and online

Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM and digital sales tools

A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and good driving record
