This position will coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and training programs for sales representatives / account executives. Additionally, will analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Manage and supervise assigned sales representatives / account executives.
Prior sales management experience in freight and logistics is highly desired.
