Overview
The Sales Operations Manager is a strategic professional responsible for optimizing sales processes, systems, and team performance to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
Process & Systems Management
- Design and implement sales processes, workflows, and best practices
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate sales forecasting
- Streamline operations to reduce inefficiencies and bottlenecks
Sales Support & Enablement
- Support sales teams with tools, resources, and training
- Create sales collateral and documentation
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs
- Conduct training on systems and processes
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate sales reports and dashboards
- Analyze sales trends and performance data
- Provide insights to drive strategic decisions
- Track pipeline health and forecasting accuracy
Coordination & Collaboration
- Liaise between sales, marketing, finance, and IT departments
- Manage sales operations budget
- Coordinate territory planning and quota allocation
- Support sales team recruitment and onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in sales operations or related field
- Technical Skills: CRM proficiency, Excel/data analysis, reporting tools
- Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, attention to detail
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or related field), MBA a plus

Compensation: $135,000-$165,000 annually
