Overview: The Onteora Club is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and financial processes. This role supports staff and members in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and reports directly to the Club Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and productive workflow.
- Process and manage all accounts payable, including invoice entry, vendor communication, payment scheduling, and monthly reconciliation.
- Prepare and send member bills as well as responding to member and guests' general inquiries, including but not limited to billing and related charges.
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements using Jonas Encore, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Administer payroll and support human resource functions.
- Prepare audit reports and coordinate directly with auditors and the club’s accounting consultant.
- Collect, sort, and distribute Club and member mail daily.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping and administrative experience required.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Experience with Jonas and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Strong financial, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
