Applause is a leader in software testing and digital quality, currently looking for a Digital Program Manager for an upcoming technology related data collections engagement

Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Duration: January 5, 2026 thru May 29, 2026
Location: US-based remote
Capacity: Full-time, up to 40 hours weekly
Hours: Mon-Fri during ET business hours

Responsibilities & day-to-day activities:

Has the ultimate responsibility for delivering the collection on time, on budget, with the required quality
Maintaining an accurate collection forecast (revenue, participant throughput)
Delegating and escalating to subject matter experts for adjustments when collection forecasts are not achieving goals
Leads the project team for a collection, (communication, co-ordination.)
Ad hoc reporting; collection status reporting
Setting up the tooling and workflow for all collections
Feasibility assessment and pricing changes for change requests to the project plan
Building and maintaining strong relationships with project team and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Previous PM and/or PgM experience
Solid hands-on BI reporting skills using Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Effective problem solving, risk management and escalation skills
Ability to manage parallel projects, clients and teams in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment
B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, Management or equivalent experience
