AFIMAC Global is hiring A skilled Reliability Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing operations.
About the Role: This is a Traveling Job
The Reliability Maintenance Manager oversees all plant maintenance activities, develops reliability strategies, and partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Environmental teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Maintenance department to meet safety, quality, uptime, and budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, TTB, and internal safety standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, CMMS accuracy, work schedules, SOPs, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Partner with Engineering on capital projects, equipment purchases, installations, and start-up.
- Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
- Train, mentor, evaluate, and develop Maintenance Leads and Technicians.
- Support plant initiatives, new product development, and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Provide environmental compliance leadership and support for plant permits.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of relevant maintenance or reliability experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with maintenance, safety, and quality teams
- Strong analytical, technical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing and coaching team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with beverage processing or similar equipment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 55 per week
