About the Role:
We are partnered with a leading company in the Consumer and Retail space to identify an experienced Investor Relations Manager. This is a strategic position offering the opportunity to work with a highly respected brand and play a key role in managing relationships with the investment community.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and press releases.

Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation methodologies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
