Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead and support nursing operations in our Canton, GA facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse with strong leadership abilities and clinical expertise to make a lasting impact.
The RN Clinical Supervisor will oversee daily clinical operations, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to drive positive outcomes and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical and nursing staff.
- Develop and manage clinic staffing plans.
- Conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations, and oversee onboarding and training.
- Set goals for team performance and provide feedback and evaluations.
- Manage scheduling, approve timecards, and oversee PTO requests.
- Provide direct patient care, including IV infusions and care coordination.
- Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring compassionate and effective communication.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Review, update, and recommend policies and procedures to maintain quality care.
- Promote teamwork, respect, and professionalism within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (State of Georgia).
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- 2 years of experience as an NP or APN in a clinical setting or 3+ years as an RN with oncology, ER, ICU, or infusion experience.
- 1–2 years of experience supervising or managing employees.
- Strong clinical expertise in acute and chronic illness care.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
