We are recruiting select, high-performance licensed life insurance leaders for agency management and team leadership roles.
This is not a “start from scratch” role — we already have agents in queue waiting for new management.

You will lead a modern team, not a door-knocking sales force.

- Tax advisory + former IRS auditors and CPA partners
This means your team can serve clients completely — not piecemeal.
Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring established producers who are ready to step into leadership:
Required:
- Active Life Insurance License
- Documented production in life insurance, IULs, annuities, or similar
- Strong communication and leadership discipline
- Integrity, accountability, and a winning mindset
Preferred:
- Prior agency leadership or mentorship experience
- Annuity/IUL/retirement planning background
This is not entry-level and not for those seeking motivational babysitting.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead & mentor a team of licensed agents (agents already available)
- Conduct virtual strategy sessions & sales coaching
- Maintain personal production while developing leadership influence
- Establish a culture of professional excellence & ethical service
Compensation Structure
- Advanced commissions + renewals
- Weekly payout options
- Leadership overrides + equity-track pathways
- Uncapped earnings potential
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, consistent with the licensed insurance industry. Work Environment
