Service Manager Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or equivalent role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Track record of achieving profitability and CSI goals
- Ability to manage technicians, advisors, and support staff effectively
- Valid driver’s license
