Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic salesperson. This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales, managing customer relationships, and generating new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have technical and mechanical understanding and strong communication skills. We will provide comprehensive training on IPA’s product line, customers and sales approach. We are interested in meeting candidates with a sales-focused mind-set and are open to both entry-level and experienced salespeople. Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting new accounts.
· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and follow through to close sales.
· Provide product knowledge and support to customers, demonstrating technical understanding of IPA’s product line.
· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Represent IPA at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
· Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service (B2B preferred).
· Technical and mechanical knowledge (automotive, fleet, or industrial industry experience a plus).
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Willingness to travel as needed (including trade shows and customer visits).
· Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
