Indie Designer is seeking stylish, charismatic assistant manager for a full time position in our new Bearsville Cneter shop with room to grow into our shop manager.
Our collection consists of artist made silkscreened and hand dyed women's wear, plus photography and other curios.
Responsibilities include:
-Charismatic and outgoing
-Style!
-Ability to communicate what makes our brand and products special
-Self-Starter
-Retail experience, preferably in a high-end boutique environment
-Build positive customer relationships and keeping a customer book.
-Manage, organize and regularly track inventory.
-Light admin and errands possible.
-Light computer work possible.
-Merchandising or window display
-Customer service, client book
-shipping
-photos for social media
Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work weekends.
Hours: Thursday-Sunday 12/1-7/8pm
Pay is hourly + bonus/commission for exceptional sales work.
