We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven BDC Representative to join our growing dealership sales team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers and driving showroom traffic.
As a BDC Representative, you will manage all incoming leads—both online and via phone—identify sales opportunities, and schedule appointments that convert into sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all online inquiries and incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Accurately log customer information and interactions in our online system
- Schedule showroom appointments and follow up with missed appointments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, products, and promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including walk-ins when needed
- Ensure customers are informed about current offers and dealership promotions
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with additional dealership tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Sales experience is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and dealership CRM systems
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday (one weekday off)
- Closed Sundays
