We're looking for an exceptional Residential Manager to lead one of our homes and make it a place where people truly thrive. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming, well-run home where both the people we support and the staff who support them can flourish.
At Wraparound Services of the Hudson Valley, we've spent more than 70 years helping people with developmental and acquired disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. We believe the best homes are built by leaders who solve problems with confidence, inspire their teams, and never lose sight of the people at the heart of the work. If you're a natural leader, master multitasker, and someone who enjoys building strong teams, creating positive environments, and making a meaningful difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
