We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have prior property management experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be a self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours and effectively showcase community amenities and apartment homes
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents
- Secure lease applications and assist prospects through the leasing process
- Process applications, lease renewals, and resident paperwork
- Maintain strong occupancy levels through proactive leasing and resident retention efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with resident communications, notices, and follow-up
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs to ensure a positive resident experience
- Handle marketing and outreach efforts to generate leasing traffic
- Assist with rent collection and general office administration
- Partner with maintenance staff to ensure apartments are ready for new residents
- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations as necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
Pay: $25.00 per hour
