The Brooklyn Bottling Group is one of the largest independently owned beverage and food companies in the United States. The Brooklyn Bottling Group bottling facility is based in Milton, New York 12547, and has warehouses and distribution centers in Brooklyn, Miami, Orlando, and Atlanta. The company manufactures, distributes, imports and sell over 50 brands of soft drinks, juices, food and household items. Brooklyn Bottling has developed and invested in co-packing capabilities for many years. Our comprehensive range of contract bottling services has been specifically developed and tailored in response to the requirements of our partners. We specialize in co- packing products such as 100% juice, juice cocktails, teas, energy drinks, seltzers, sports drinks, flavored waters, and soft drinks. With our high level of expertise and innovative approach, we always strive to present the best possible options to our partners. We have extensive experience working with many of the biggest names in the beverage industry, which has allowed us to develop smooth and efficient processes both for the mass market and for specialty and niche products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Supervise production staff, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to foster a high-performance environment.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a secure workplace for all team members.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and refine manufacturing processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data for process improvements, and report on production metrics regularly.
- Manage inventory levels, raw materials, and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.
- Manage the processes and personnel involved in manufacturing, activities focused on guaranteeing an agile process that ensures the safety of people, the proper functioning of the machinery, and that the articles comply with quality standards.
- Oversee, manage and organize the work team, resources and processes in a manufacturing plant. Schedule routine activities, delegate tasks, and will be responsible for quickly and efficiently resolving any unexpected situation(s) that threaten to slow down the work flow.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, safety standards, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software systems and data analysis tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly across departments, resolve conflicts effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Requirments
- 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or any related occupation
- 5 years of experience with high-speed manufacturing in the beverage industry
- 3 years of supervisory experience
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
