Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to support both in-store operations and field service visits for the remainder of the 2026 season. This hybrid role involves helping customers, handling deliveries, performing water tests, and assisting with routine pool maintenance — making it ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Duties:
- Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries
- Perform water testing and recommend products to customers
- Help maintain a clean, organized retail space
- Support inventory stocking and product labeling
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Answer phone calls into the retail store
Field & Maintenance Duties:
- Assist with pool openings, closings, and weekly maintenance
- Perform vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and chemical balancing
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and chemicals from service vehicles
- Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (preferred or required)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be physically active
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior pool or retail experience is a plus, but not required — we will train
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
