The Admissions Recruiter is an integral part of the college admissions team and is responsible for promoting Jamestown Community College to prospective students and key influencers through outreach, relationship building, and personalized support throughout the admissions process. This role manages an assigned recruitment territory and/or population, recruits prospective students to all campus locations (Jamestown campus, Cattaraugus County campus, and Online programs), represents the college at events and high schools throughout the southern tier, WNY and beyond, and provides prospective students with accurate information on academic programs, services, and pathways. The recruiter contributes to enrollment goals by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining strong community partnerships, and guiding students from inquiry to enrollment. Non-traditional hours, flexible schedules, and frequent travel are required.

- Experience in admissions/recruitment, or related higher education roles.
- Experience using a CRM (ex: Recruit, Slate, etc.)
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
