Ceramics on 10th is looking for a wheel teacher to teach a three-hour long eight week ADVANCED class on Mondays. The ideal candidate should have excellent advanced wheel skills and experience teaching. MFA preferred. While skills are great, as a nonacademic pottery studio we are looking for someone who can be energetic, outgoing, encouraging and personable as well. This is a one semester summer appointment running Monday nights at 6:30pm-9:30pm from June 22nd until August 10th with the possibility of Fall renewal in early September. Pay is $60 an hour $180/class as a 1099 independent contractor via direct deposit, if you stay on in the Fall we can move you over to W2.
