Operations Manager
Location: LaGrangeville, NY

SkyGeek, a GracoRoberts Company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations and drive efficiency, compliance, and team performance in support of Aerospace, Defense and Aviation customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and alignment with company goals and values.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Lead, coach, and develop teams, including direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager
- Hire, train, and support employees while reinforcing accountability and performance standards
- Plan and manage workflows, assign tasks, monitor metrics, and ensure on-time project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support organizational strategy and remove roadblocks
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements
- Investigate compliance concerns and implement corrective actions as needed
- Train employees on compliance standards and procedures
- Manage budgets, resources, and cost controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field or equivalent experience (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years of related operations or distribution experience (Aerospace preferred)
- DOT 49 CFR / IATA Hazmat Certification (Strongly Preferred)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
