Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory settings, with hands-on experience in assembly lines and warehouse environments. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to manage production processes effectively while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations within the manufacturing facility.
- Manage and coordinate the assembly line processes, ensuring that production targets are met consistently.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols for all production staff, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs or mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance regularly.
- Manage 20 plus employees and 2 to 3 production lines at one time.
- Ensuring all employees are working efficiently in their appropriate positions.
- Make certain all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
- Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.
- Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements.
- Create processes and procedures to help the company meeting budgetary goals as well as performance quotas.
Experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse management practices is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Minimum 5-10 plus years of experience in Snack/Food manufacturing as a Production Manager.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
