This is a client facing role in a fast-paced environment.Position: Entry Level Logistics Coordinator AssistantLocation: Long Island City, NYType: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:• Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service and timely responses.• Process Estimations: Provide clients estimations • Record Keeping: Process all daily paperwork needed, including Job Orders, Bills of Lading and Certificates of Insurance.• Fleet Management: Assist with management and maintenance of truck fleet, including service and insurance records.• Office Management: General office assistance to ensure office and technology remain at top functionality.Qualifications:• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
