Project Manager / Project Designer

We’re a local, family-owned design-build company with over two decades of work in the region, and we’re looking for a Project Designer / Project Manager who can move comfortably between the screen and the jobsite—someone who can draw it, explain it, and help bring it to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create CAD drawings for residential and light commercial projects (new builds + renovations)
Develop layouts, details, and buildable plans that translate cleanly to the field
Collaborate with clients and team members to refine design intent
Support project flow from concept through construction
Coordinate with field crews to ensure plans are executed properly
Help solve real-world problems as they arise—because they always do

What You Bring to the Table

Minimum 5 years of experience in design, construction, or a design-build environment
Strong working knowledge of CAD and SketchUp
Comfort working in imperial units (feet, inches, fractions)
Understanding of construction methods, lumber, and building materials (or a strong desire to deepen it)
Ability to produce clean, accurate, and practical drawings
Strong communication skills—you can talk to clients and crews without missing a beat
Organized, self-motivated, and accountable
